Aroma Touch Technique
Come experience the soothing atmosphere of massage at a whole new level through Aroma Touch with DoTerra essential oils.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin your Aroma Touch session with a cold glass of water and gentle conversation while introducing a set of essential oils to your feet.
Next, I will apply the oils to your back. Each of the eight oils used will be introduced one at a time and you’ll be invited to smell them and approve the scent before it is applied.
A set of specific massage techniques will follow every oil to give your body the maximum benefits.
You can expect this portion to take 20 minutes for a 30 minute session, or 40 minutes for a 60 minute session.
When the Aroma Touch session is complete, I may invite you to enjoy a heated pack on your back for an additional 5-10 minutes if I do not have another appointment immediately following.
